Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The apprentice will work alongside experienced Mechanical Engineers to learn the following:
- House to use Lathes, turn and mill
- How to read tolerances
- Fit bearings ad make shafts
- Learn how to fix diverter wheels and well make new ones from castings from scratch.
