Summary
Cavendish Primary School are looking for a teaching assistant to support in a challenging UKS2 class. You will support the teacher with both learning and behavior of pupils, whilst ensuring the smooth daily running of the class. The class are particularly challenging so the apprentice must be prepared to work with behaviour issues.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

- Skills coach will visit the school every 4-6 weeks
- Apprentice will take part in TEAMS meetings, observations and discussions with the skills coach
