We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Level 4 Project Management Apprentice to join our growing team in Manchester. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the construction sector, while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The successful candidate will work as part of a project management team supporting our designers to deliver world-class projects across a range of sectors - rail, highways and energy - and will benefit from involvement in a wide variety of projects and programmes, large and small, throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects
- Support project managers in coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Help manage project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports
- Participate in site visits and meetings to gain practical insights into project management
- Contribute to risk management and quality assurance processes.
- Learn and apply industry-standard project management methodologies and tools

On the job training 1 day per week in the office/at home (you will be allocated 6 hours per week to do any training, coursework, workbooks, assessor visits, etc) and occasional group workshops at a college venue.
The training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- Five GCSE's including English & Maths (grade A* - C / 9 - 4)
