Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Using OneDrive to book Operatives in to carry out work for Fire Door Installs.
- Contacting tenants via email, text, and telephone to book instalments.
- Order materials.
- Organise site survey inspections.
- Update and maintain databases (Excel).
- Deal with internal and external customers.
- Producing a range of documents (email and letters).
- Communication (face-to-face, telephone, and written).

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.
