This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the exciting world of influencer marketing and social media. As an apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting influencer relationship management, copywriting, customer service, administrative duties, and performance analysis.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist in researching and identifying suitable influencers across various categories such as Fitness, Fashion, Sport and Lifestyle
- Build end-to-end influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and long-term nurturing
- Handle day-to-day communications with influencers, ensuring expectations are met and campaigns run smoothly
- Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand content to be shared on various social media platforms, collaborating with influencers to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Support in drafting social media posts, influencer outreach emails, and campaign briefs with a focus on clear communication and creativity
- Assist in handling customer inquiries for in house brands, feedback, and questions on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting the team with order picking and packing as required
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, maintaining influencer databases, tracking campaign budgets, and managing campaign timelines
- Assist in generating regular performance reports (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly), providing insights on influencer
- Support in organising team meetings, preparing agendas, and assisting with general office duties as required

GCSE in:
