Summary
We are looking for someone who is confident and reliable to join our busy office in a garage environment. This is with an excellent opportunity supporting with Customer Service and Business Administration duties. This is a fast paced working environment and busy garage so the individual will need to be organised and motivated.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Taking care of administrative tasks such as filing, printing, writing letters and corresponding with emails
- Processing and inputing ordes, MOTs
- Quotations to customers via email and telephone calls
Answering the phone and booking customers in. - Dealing with customer queries
- Building a good rapport with customers
- Keeping and maintaining accurate and organised records
- Dealing with invoices and assisting with book keeping

This will be in a garage environment. Successful applicants will have a good polite telephone manner and Grades need to be 4/C in Maths and English. Accuracy and attention to detail is key. Customer facing role
