Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Speaking to candidates via telephone to discuss their availability
- Calling candidates to invite them to register
- General administration duties
- Providing support to the recruitment team
- Replying to candidate CV submissions via email
- Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manor
- Emailing candidates and customers with progress updates
- Placing job adverts and reviewing applicants
