Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen, within our busy, friendly, family run pharmacy. As part of the role you will be expected to guide and educate callers and patients on their prescription benefits respond to incoming calls from customers on various issues. You'll also handle over the counter medications, cash and more.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Helping over the counter
- Serving patients
- Learning in house systems
- Talking to customers via the phone
- Handling cash payments
- Handling queries face to face
- Requesting prescriptions on behalf of the patients
- Advising on minor elements (to be taught during apprenticeship
- Order stock and maintaining displays
