Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Using the telephone to answer incoming support calls
- Hands on repairing hardware
- Resolving issues in office 365
- Providing support remotely
- Configuring new devices and processing new starter requests
- Involvement in password resets and anti-virus configuration
- Networking installation and monitoring
- Laptop and computer repairs and upgrades
