Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide 1st + 2nd Line Support both remotely and face to face to customers
- Provide advice and support to external customers
- Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
- To build and maintain rapport with customers
- Use technologies such as Windows Server, Windows 10 / 11, Cyber Security etc.
