Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Dealing with any incoming post and documents, including
indexing, integration, copying and returning documents - Scanning and indexing documents provided by customers in
reception to support their claims - Batch and manually printing and enveloping letters
- Using the IT systems to print letters or documents as required for different services or customers
- Print and log documents to support fraud cases as instructed by the Department of Work and Pensions
- Print and log documents in relation to Subject Access Requests
- Maintain filing systems and databases as required
- To contribute as required to performance reviews and improvement measures on an ongoing basis, helping to ensure that a customer focus is embedded
- To work as required in ways to develop good working relations and collaborative arrangements with internal and external stakeholders
- To comply with relevant codes of practice, including the code of conduct and policies concerning data protection and health and safety
