Summary
Lee Spring Limited are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join our Customer Service Team. Training is provided and there is the opportunity to forge a career in this area. The right candidate will be the first port of call for customer enquiries and duties will include issuing customer quotes and entering customer orders.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Entering customer orders
- Issuing customer quotes
- Dealing with sample and catalogue requests
- Handling general customer enquiries such as progress chasing
