Summary
Working with our Senior Sales Administrator from our Halifax office, the role will involve processing sales orders from customers received by email or via customer portals. Purchase order planning and preparation of reports. Although most communication is now via email, there is some telephone work required. This is a business to business role.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Sales order processing through our main operating system
- Download of orders from customer portals
- Upload of order status to customer portals
- Preparation of order files for our third party warehouse
- Purchase order planning
- Preparation of sales reports
- Communication with our third party warehouse on deliveries
- Information gathering from delivery company portals
- Liaising with sales team and product trainers
- Liaising with our third party customer care team
- The role will involve some (accompanied) travel to off site events
