Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Proactively engage with potential clients over the phone on a daily basis
- Follow up on warm leads to generate interest in our MyInsight platform and services
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, identifying their needs and demonstrating how our app and services can meet them
- Prospect dormant accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, leads, and appointments
- Handle outbound calls to new, former, and existing clients, driving sales through relationship-building
- Work towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets
- Assist in growing and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring it remains healthy for conversion into sales
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by working closely with the Sales Director, ensuring all client requirements are clearly communicated to relevant teams within the business
- Book appointments for Sales and support them with any required information
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and team, providing administrative and sales support where necessary
