This vacancy is for a Business Administrator Apprentice based in Clayton Le Moors. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the business with general administrative duties as well as other ad-hoc duties defined by management.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The job will entail taking phone calls to deal with tenants, landlords and applicants, dealing with enquiries, booking viewings, dealing with maintenance requests, chasing rent payments, etc. IT skills required are knowledge of Microsoft Suite, as well as handling all email enquiries. General filing will be required, along with creation/editing of tenancy documents, scanning documents and general organisation. If the applicant holds a drivers licence we may also ask them to attend viewings and conduct house inspections, following appropriate training.
The general administration duties within this role may include:
- Receiving and managing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails promptly and courteously
- Organising and maintaining files to ensure smooth operations
- Photocopying in a timely manner
- Efficiently inputting data to support organisational needs
- Any other general admin duties and ad-hoc duties as defined by management
