Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answering the phone
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Learning our bespoke IT systems to track our customer orders from producing to delivering
- Provide updates to customers via email and telephone
- Inputting invoices
- Purchasing
- Stock control

Please research the location of Rochdale Training as well as the location of the employer to ensure that you can travel to both locations.
