Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

- Video editing, animation work and video production
- Working with colleagues, you will take and interpret creative and content briefs
- Write storyboards and scripts for your ideas
- Supporting the production and marketing teams
- Blog writing and copywriting

Your training plan
As a Content Creator apprentice, you will work to a marketing brief. You will assist with the creation and distribution of creative content for various digital channels, such as social media platforms, podcasts, and blogs, that aim to boost audience engagement.
Generally, your role will consist of conducting important market research and developing creative ideas, but the exciting part is that no two days are the same, as this can take shape through a range of mediums, from copywriting, to creating graphics, to editing videos.
Throughout your time as a Content Creator apprentice, you will develop crucial content marketing skills, such as the ability to create engaging content for your target audience on TikTok and Instagram, analyse important metrics using Google Analytics 4, and create powerful graphics and video using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Course 1 - planning and creating content strategies
Course 2 - short-form video content: Tiktok & reels
Course 3 - video production & podcasting: Adobe Premiere Pro
Course 4 - creating professional graphics: Photoshop & Canvas
Course 5 - web content creation: SEO techniques
Course 6 - effective email marketing: MailChimp
Course 7 - campaign performance & evaluating success
Your training will be delivered online via a SMART classroom every 4-6 weeks in 2 day blocks.
You will work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:

- Maths (grade 5/C)
