Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Dental Studio in the Central Operations Department in our Head Office to provide support to the practices via email and telephone and manage the day to day activities required.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Ensure that all pricelists are properly maintained across all operational platforms (i.e. Websites, Dentally)
Utilise various different reporting platforms (i.e. Dentally, MPC, Call reposts ETC) to collate data for business reporting which includes but is not limited to;
- Weekly consolidated reports, therapist trackers, call reports, dentist productivity rankings, dentist pay audits and competitions tracking
Attention to detail is extremely important to ensure stats shared are accurate and delivered on schedule
- Assisting the central operations team to carry out ad-hoc tasks and audits as and when required
- Collating and building our weekly huddle company communications and submitting to the centre ops Manager for sign-off
- Working with the Operations Coordinator to maintain the training trackers for our courses
- Support the implementation of new operational processes and feedback any issues/areas for further development that may be required

- Maintain and update the NHS Choices website on a quarterly basis
- To abide by Damira values and ensure these are embedded into all interactions with colleagues and team members

- Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
- You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
