Summary
You will never work for a company like us, we like to have a laugh and we also try and arrange work outings. We also have an office dog called Dude. There will be lots of phone answering lots of phone calls in and out. You will be trained in what the device does and what the customer wants from the tracker.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Data entry
- Provide a contact and liaison point for customers with account queries
- Assist in the preparation of stock for dispatch
- Posting payments to Sage 50
- Taking payments over the phone
- Processing orders
- Processing all daily emails in the support inbox

We provide Trackers for private and business vehicles so you could be dealing with a customer that has 1 tracker or a customer that has 60. Sometimes the tracker may need looking at as they might go offline. We do pride ourselves on our customer service.
