Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answer customer queries via phone & email
- Log interaction with our customers onto our CRM system
- Ensure customer account information and data is kept up to date across all platforms
