At SCC we are committed to paying Foundation Living Wage as a minimum. Your salary as an apprentice will be £23,151 (pro rata) annually and may increase in line with any national rise in Foundation Living Wage.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
• Experience of developing and implementing policies and practices in relation to complaints and information management handling.
• Strong organisational skills and experience of relationship management and development of wider partnership working.
• Ability to create and maintain effective tracking and monitoring processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a range of audiences.
• High levels of IT literacy and the ability to communicate outcomes.
• Ability to problem solve and implementing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately
