Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Working as part of the administration team you will be an integral part of our company, providing great service to our customers and support to your colleagues. Duties will include:

  • Post administration
  • Updating back office systems
  • Requesting, chasing and verifying information
  • Dealing with clients and providers via email, telephone and post
  • Assist the administration team with general administrative duties
  • Assist with the company as a whole with general office administrative duties as and when required

  • Planning & prioritising: Consistently adheres to systems & processes using proficient IT skills, including risk, regulatory and governance requirements

    GCSE in:

    • 5 Subjects including maths and English (grade 4)

    Desirable qualifications
