Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Adverisement of job opportunities via NHS jobs, websites, social media, H&W TRAINING HUB.
- Collation of CV's
- Interview preperation and administration to include invites, room booking, question packs and assessments.
- Recruitment paperwork to include the preparation of offer letters and contracts
- Request and collation of references
- Completion of DBSrequests and right to work process
- Occupational health requests and collation
- Confidentiality agreements
- Completion of the new starter process, to include new starter forms, record management,on clarity and setting of holiday entitlements and appraisal requirements
- Record vaccines and immunisations
