Summary
This vacancy is for an Apprentice Events Assistant based in Beeston Rylands. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the charity with the current regular programme of events, setting up new events and general administrative duties. Flexibility in working hours for a changing rota is required.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The successful applicant will work under supervision of the Community Development Officer to plan and run events smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor management.
• Help create and distribute event materials, including invitations, flyers, and programs.
• Maintain schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure events stay on track.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and attendees in a professional manner.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
