Summary
You will join our a 4year rotational scheme that will teach you through the lens of a Manufacturing Engineer. You will learn skills required to aid and improve our shop floor processes using ‘Lean’ principles and techniques to make you an adept problem solver, whilst also being involved in project work to help us sustain our competitive advantage.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English and Maths (grade C / 4 or above)
Desirable qualifications
A Level in:
- Maths or Engineering, OR Level 3 Qual (grade C or above)
- Level 3 - Engineering / Manufacturing, OR A-level (grade Pass)
