Working as part of a small team, processing orders, progressing orders, communicating with customers by e-mail/telephone, help to resolve any delivery issues. Offering after sales support to customer and our external sales team, interacting with other departments within the company when necessary.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Processing orders – Training provided by colleague within team
- Progressing orders – Training provided by colleague within team
- Completing and adding tasks/information to CRM system – Training provided by colleague within team
- Raising Certificates of Conformity as and when required
- Raising proforma Invoices, taking credit card payments – Training provided by colleague within team
Once the above tasks have been successfully learnt they will be trained to answer telephone calls, providing price and delivery and answering any questions customers may have.
Any computer training Excel, Powerpoint, etc will be supplied via external courses if required
