You will join our Cheltenham Supply Chain on a rotational scheme that will enable you to understand the manufacturing process of our products. You will study to support your technical progression. Our apprenticeship is focused on supporting your development, and is an opportunity to begin a career as part of a global aviation business.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Learn the end to end manufacturing process of our products
- Be a part of a manufacturing team, building our products
- Attend college 2-days per week
- Get involved in the wider apprentice community to complete enrichment activites that support your development
