Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Processing Purchase Invoices for RK Bell & RK Bell Projects Ltd on Evolution software.
- Answering the phone and routing calls / taking messages.
- Obtaining email addresses and updating customer records.
- Assembly of information for our carbon footprint assessment.
- Administration of Worksmatic's Hasmatic Software.
- Assisting SHEQ and Compliance Managers, Directors and other senior managers.
- Assist with attaining and maintaining Industry Accreditations and Quality Management Certifications.
- Maintaining and updating registers, modifying and updating forms,
Inputting supplier/subcontractor information. - Filing.
- General office / accounts duties as required incl opening the post etc.
- Ensure that the administration runs smoothly, and all tasks are done in an accurate and timely manner.
- Seek to ensure that suppliers & customers receive a professional & courteous service from us.
