Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

For the full apprenticeship, candidates will complete: • Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Standard- Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence) (601/7179/0) • Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge) (603/1353/5) For the End Point Assessment (EPA) apprentices will undertake a viva interview (to check occupational competence), a portfolio of evidence and professional competence against the EngTech standard (usually in the form of a workplace project). Apprentices must attend college sessions one day per week at the Ipswich Road campus, located near Norwich city centre.

ECS are a BMS (Building management systems) manufacturer, we design, install and commission bespoke solutions for HVAC (heating, ventilation, Air conditioning) services within the commercial/industrial sector.
