Summary
SMH BCL Accountants are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our successful team in Leeds. You will be dealing with all aspects of administration whilst working towards a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
General administration duties including:
- Dealing with clients on the phone/in person and by email
- Preparing letters and invoices
- Dealing with client enquires and queries
- Managing the general mailbox email account
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning and forwarding incoming post to the relevant team for action
- Franking the outgoing post and taking to the post box
- Assisting with the onboarding new clients including Anti Money
- Laundering checks
- Liaising with HMRC (both client and general queries)
- Preparing the meeting room for client meetings including providing client refreshments
- Managing office supplies and stationery and ordering where necessary
Introduction to Company Secretarial including:
- Confirmation Statements
- Company Formations (Full training provided)
- Assisting the wider team and providing administrative support where required
