Nico Properties is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to assist the lettings negotiator and accounts team with all general admin duties. Duties will include carrying out tenant move-ins, booking appointments/inspections, plus more.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist lettings negotiator and accounts team with all general admin duties
- Input data onto the lettings software system
- Reception duties
- Guide prospective tenants through the referencing process
- Creating contracts
- Carry out tenant move-ins
- Booking appointments/inspections
- Receiving and actioning maintenance issues
- Follow up on any identified maintenance issues
- Instruct approved contractors
- Renewals
- Arrange gas safety certificates/electrical certs
