Summary
This role will involve assisting in varied day-to-day activities of the LME Group Finance team. As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be working towards an ACCA Professional Accounting Technician Level 4 Qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Accounts payable and receivable support including - processing of invoices in the finance system, dealing with queries from internal and external contacts, purchase order maintenance, supplier statement reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable support including – processing of invoices in the finance system, dealing with queries from internal and external contacts, debtor chasing.
- Management and financial reporting support including – support for preparation of monthly reporting, account reconciliations, management accounts and financial presentations.
- Other ad hoc activities as required – including tasks such as data entry, administrative support, filing and records management.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (grade (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent))
- 3 A levels including Maths or Economics B & above (grade (A*-C))
