An exciting new position has become available in our cafe. As an apprentice, you will be working in this busy cafe preparing and serving food to customers. This is a great position for anyone who is looking to get into the hospitality industry.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Your main duties will include:

  • Making and preparing hot and cold food for customers
  • Answering telephone calls to take customer's orders
  • Taking orders face to face
  • Using the till
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Serving food at the counter and to the tables
