Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Efficiently operate and control ICT infrastructure, including physical and virtual hardware, software, network services, and data storage
  • Serve as first-line support for customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including stock management, hardware handling, and inventory tasks
  • Utilise infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure components
  • Prioritise systems support tasks while monitoring and maintaining system performance

  • IT Vendor training will also be provided

GCSE in:

  • English & Maths (grade 4)
