Summary
A Level 3 Apprentice Office Administrator is required. The job is an office based role in a small but busy family owned business which runs 24 hours per day. Our business ethics and ethos is to serve our customers well in a low pressure environment. Duties include: building and maintaining good relationships with our customer / supplier base and stock control.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The position includes:-
- Building and maintaining good relationships with our customer / supplier base
- Stock Control
- Timely buying of raw materials ensuring competitive prices are paid
- Assessing of any potential new suppliers
- Providing Customers with quotations
- Maintaining Price Lists
- Implementing Price Increases
- Processing of orders
- Raising job sheets
- Liaising with production
- Arranging despatch and booking appropriate transport in a timely manner
- Raising of despatch notes and then pricing of notes before passing to accounts for invoicing
- Ensuring that the order/sales system is kept up to date
- First point of contact for new enquiries and general callers
- Responding to customer queries
- Any other duties that may arise

GCSE in:
- Maths and English Language (grade C/4 or above)
