Annual wage
£15,000 a year

• Salary from £15,000 – £20,000 depending on experience. • After 12 months you will be eligible to move to our full pay scales (on or above £23,500)

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Administrator to join a busy team within Seeker Financial Planning Ltd who are a highly successful Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.  

The practice has been born out of its sister company – Mortgage Advice Bureau (and still shares office with MAB). MAB found after 25 years of helping 1000’s of customers with their mortgages they also needed help with their pensions and investments too, and therefore we created Seeker Financial Planning so we could fully cover all our customers financial needs. We can see huge potential growth for the business and for our early employees who join us on this journey. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable firm who believe in employee development and offer genuine scope for progression. 

  • You will provide efficient administrative support to the Advisers within the practice in respect of the business generated and the servicing of existing clients.
  • You will produce all the relevant paperwork for the client, on behalf of the Adviser, including, quotations, illustrations and valuations as well as processing all new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards.
  • You will handle queries from clients and third parties and take the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
