Summary
Lead a team to success and make a name for yourself in one of our pubs as a Team Leader Apprentice! We're looking for a motivated individual to develop and motivate a team that is obsessed with creating great experiences for our guests.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

As a supervisor, you'll: Be part of an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but fun! You'll also be responsible for:
* Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
* Inspiring and motivating your team on every shift
* Be passionate about doing the right thing for your colleagues and your guests
* Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away

- At Marston's, you will be working towards your Marstons Academy Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification over the course of 15 months
