Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Scanning correspondence adding electronically to a Patients’ medical record
- Collection of incoming mail, opening post and sorting into departmental bundles and date stamping
- Taking outgoing mail and special deliveries to the post office
- Typing up letters to Patients with appointment reminders and recalls
- Photocopying medical records
- Adding new Patient registration details on the electronic patient system
- Ordering of stationery and clinical stock items
- Sending and Receiving Emails
- Filing and maintaining internal documents
- Writing and uploading unique content
