Summary

An equine apprenticeship is offered for an outstanding equestrian livery yard based at Cullompton, in the beautiful mid-Devon countryside. The position will include: General yard duties i.e. mucking out, turning out/in, and riding and exercise.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Your training plan

The successful candidate will undertake 13 months training to complete a Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship.  

All training will be carried out at the employer's premises, with the support of the employer, and will be delivered by Sheldrake Training.

Functional Skills maths and English will form part of the apprenticeship if the successful candidate doesn't already hold a level 4 or above for each subject.
