Phoenix Care Staff are looking to recruit a capable and enthusiastic individual with the drive to be successful and a confident approach to life, work and socialising. A big part of this role involves speaking to people and managing the administration around our busy recruitment business.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Processing timesheets
- Support tickets with back office
- Spreadsheet - pay and charge rates
- Invoices
- Payroll
- Pensions
- Holidays
- Attachment to earnings
- Bank run
- Paying invoices
- Ordering stock for offices
- Paperwork for office
- Staff profiles - Lancaster
- Updating staff profiles (e.g. if they do extra training or new DBS)
- Bank details for new starters
- Receipts
- Margin reports
- Uploaded reg pack / documents from interviews
