Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice. As a resourcer apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting the principal recruitment consultants in various tasks related to candidate management, database maintenance, and quality assurance compliance.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties will include:
- Using a variety of online tools and technology including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Developing job and personal specifications, preparing job advertisements
- Interview candidates on the telephone initially to determine suitability
- Answering incoming calls and inputting information onto company database
- Booking in candidates for interviews at different companies
- Requesting ID and DBS of successful applicants
- Working towards KPI's

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
