Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The successful applicant will be fully involved in:
- Using world class equipment and software to provide time delivery and collections to homes and businesses
- Assist with loading parcels onto vehicles
- Working with delivery schedules to plan a collection and delivery route
- Comply to Health and Safety regulations
- Complete pre-duty checks
- Learning about DPD Core Values and DNA

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- Maths and English (grade C/4 or above)

Other requirements
This is a driving role so a car licence is essential. You must have held your licence for a minimum of 12 months and have not been previously disqualified from driving.
