A great opportunity has arisen due to expansion, and we are currently looking for a vibrant Call Centre Operator / Administrator Apprentice to join our established team . The role includes making and receiving calls, data entry. This is a hybrid role, working remotely with training support.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As a Call Centre Operator specialising in life insurance, you'll proactively engage with the public via outbound calls.
Your goal? - To connect with individuals interested in exploring new life insurance policies or reviewing existing ones. You'll be the friendly face representing us, guiding customers through their insurance journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, adeptly gathering relevant information.
- Employ exceptional customer service skills to captivate customers' attention and navigate them through insurance options.
- Collaborate closely with our seasoned sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Enjoy comprehensive training and ongoing support provided by our management and training team.
