Summary
An exciting opportunity to join the administration team at an established domiciliary care and support company, providing administration support to managers, staff and carers. You will also as part of your position be greeting the public and dealing with their enquiries.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Sending and receiving emails
- Filing documents
- Booking interviews
- Greeting the public and dealing with their enquiries
- Liaising with social workers and carers

Your training plan
- Apprentices will work to complete the Level 3 Business Administrator standard
- They are appointed a Skills Coach who works with them to deliver work-based learning via face to face and online meetings
- Apprentices are allowed 6 hours per week of the job hours to enable them to complete work and self-reflection activities
- On completion of training, apprentices do an end point assessment
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade C/4-9 or above)
- Maths (grade C/4-9 or above)
Desirable qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- IT (grade C/4-9 or above)
