Summary
Christie & Grey are a small mechanical engineering company which designs and manufactures anti-vibration isolators and systems for the marine, construction, and industrial sectors since 1914. At our production facility in Tonbridge, Kent, we manufacture onsite our extensive range of isolators using the latest machine tools and design software.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
- The apprentice will be primarily learning to become a CNC machinist using the FANUC control language on our 3-axis CNC milling centres
- Additionally, they will learn general engineering skills
- Including measurement of materials and quality
