As a valued member of the site NPD team, you will have the opportunity to learn about developing ice cream.and water ice mixes, as well as exploring concepts based on project briefs.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Develop and maintain a kitchen cleaning schedule to ensure the NPD kitchen and freezers/fridges are maintained in an organised manner
  • Manufacture of kitchen and pilot plant concepts for both the ice cream and lolly side of development
  • Ensure concept samples are labelled appropriately and keep a record of the number of samples available
