Summary
NSJ Contractors Ltd are looking to recruit a Business Administrator Apprentice for an immediate start. The qualification you will be working towards would be the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification. You will be updating spreadsheets after works have been completed, plus more.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties:
- Assisting Directors and Project Managers in administrational duties
- General Administration work such as emails and data input
- Backing up important data files
- Arranging engineer appointments for tradesmen
- Updating spreadsheets after works have been completed
- Documenting and inputting invoices onto Sage
- Processing payments, Invoices, Income receipts, and entering data into Sage
- Filing of all hardcopy invoices
- Assisting Company secretary with supplier payment plans
