Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Scheduling: Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Database Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support projects and business initiatives.
- Learning and Development: Engage actively in all learning opportunities provided, including workshops, training sessions, and shadowing.
