Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The IT Executive at Autotech Group plays an important role in assisting the IT & Systems Manager, and wider IT team, in continually improving & maintaining the company's technology infrastructure to support its business operations and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new users
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems
- Collaborating with other departments to understand business functions and software usage
Note: This is not an IT Support role. It involves a variety of activities that support business operations.
