Summary
We are seeking to recruit a new member to join our pharmacy family in our innovative small team of qualified professionals, as an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full-time employment and progress to higher level qualification such as the L3 Pharmacy Technician.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Dispensing of medication to patients
- Over counter sales of non-prescription medication
- Check and monitor prescription slips
- Health & Safety responsibility
- Rotation of stock
- Use of pharmacy software
- Data entry relating to medication
- Labelling and dispensing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Working within a team environment
